Lead Guidelines. We believe that truth in advertising is of primary importance to ensure the highest quality leads. We use the following guidelines:
- We do not use incentives of any kind to entice consumers to fill out requests for contact.
- We do not re-purpose or develop one type of lead and try to sell it as another.
- We do not work with or facilitate websites that use or encourage illegal, unethical or misleading practices.
Quality. Quality is an on-going commitment. Our Quality Assurance Guarantee begins with the following guiding principles:
- Leads are generated from consumers actively looking to be contacted by a professional representing your product or service and are always told they will be contacted by a sales professional.
- Our leads are fresh, from minutes to 24 hours old before they reach you (except on Mondays and Holidays).
- Leads are filtered to remove invalid telephone numbers, bogus names and zips.
- Leads are considered invalid if they are not filled out by a legitimate prospect, providing accurate contact
Exclusivity. Unless we agree otherwise, all leads we provide are exclusive leads and we do not sell them to anyone else. We are very diligent in how we develop our leads, however, no one can guarantee that a consumer has not registered on more than one website.
Market and price considerations can create a situation where you have a need to purchase leads on a semi-exclusive basis, meaning we sell a lead no more than four times. We will always designate that a lead is semi-exclusive in writing prior to your purchase, and give you a window of opportunity to contact the leads before we release leads elsewhere. We customize programs to fit your needs.
Return Policy. Although we do our best to minimize bad or inaccurate leads, they occur from time to time. Those leads may be exchanged on a 1 to 1 ratio, must be returned within five business days from delivery date and must be returned in the original spreadsheet along with the customer order number. The reasons listed below are the only reasons that we replace leads and a notation stating the reason a credit is requested for each lead returned is required. It is also our policy to call each lead returned and check the validity of the return. There is a no refund policy.
These are the Acceptable Criteria for Replacement of Leads:
- Invalid names.
- All phone numbers are invalid.
- Duplicate leads. (Meaning we sent the same lead twice)
- Underage person.
- The client did not apply.
- Failure to meet any other written requirements
given to us at the time of the original order.
